Expedited shipping (not shown above) is also possible for all countries and you will be able to see & select this option at check-out.

The above costs / timings are approximations only. The shipment fee / timing calculated by the system (based on live shipping rates provided by shipping carriers) at check-out will take precedence over the above (if / where there is a discrepancy). We always fulfil AND ship on a next working day basis (and you'll be able to check this with your tracking number), however, once the parcel has shipped, when exactly it will arrive is out of our control. If you need your parcel urgently or by a certain time, please do select the Speedy/Expedited shipping option at check-out (which will cost more than Standard shipping).

Taxes / customs / tariffs / duties / VAT / import fees etc. - Please note that some destination countries may impose fees or delays to do with customs/tariffs. Zukyun Beauty cannot foresee and is not responsible for any such fees or delays. The customer must bear all such fees.

Delayed parcels - Before reaching out, please do input your tracking number here to check the status of your parcel. If it has already arrived in your country, simply call your local post office and quote the tracking number. Unfortunately some countries' authorities may impose extra delays on inbound parcels for local, regulatory reasons. Once the parcel has left Hong Kong, it is out of our control and it is the responsibility of the customer to take the above steps to retrieve the parcel (if needed). Zukyun Beauty cannot foresee and is not responsible for parcels which are delayed or withheld by the country’s post services, or are not otherwise claimed or collected by the customer (and may therefore be returned to Hong Kong). No refunds to the customer are available in this situation. 

Packages which are returned from the destination country to Hong Kong due to unavailable recipient - Please do ensure that you are available to be contacted by your local delivery staff via mobile or email regarding receipt of your package (and if needed, pick up the parcel as soon as you can from your local post office). Zukyun Beauty cannot foresee and is not responsible for any fees or delays caused by this. No refunds to the customer are available if the parcel is not picked up and therefore automatically returned to us in Hong Kong.

Packages which do not arrive in the destination country - Refunds are available if parcels are lost by the carrier. Parcels are not considered lost until 3 months post-shipment. At that point, please send an email to hi@zukyunbeauty.com (include your order number + shipping tracking number) and we will take care of it for you!
